How to Install & Configure ORCA IPTV ?
This is a simple guide on how to set up your ORCAIPTV on popular devices. If you have any questions or need assistance with installation, please feel free to contact us.

On your Android TV home screen, navigate to the Google Play Store using your remote.

Search for “IPTV Smarters Pro” or “TiviMate” in the Play Store search bar.

Click Install and wait for the application to fully download and install on your device.

Open the app once installed. Select “Add New User” or “Login with Xtream Codes” from the welcome screen.

Enter the Server URL provided in your welcome email into the designated field.
6
Input your Username and Password exactly as provided — these are case-sensitive.

Tap “Add User” or “Login” and wait while your channel list loads. This may take 1–2 minutes.

Browse Live TV, Movies, or Series from the main menu and enjoy your content!
💡 Support Tip: If channels do not load, ensure your internet connection is stable (min 10 Mbps recommended). Still having issues? Contact our 24/7 support team with your username for priority assistance.

From the Fire Stick home screen, go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options.

Enable “Apps from Unknown Sources” and “ADB Debugging” to allow sideloading.

Go back to the home screen and search for “Downloader” app in the Amazon App Store. Install it.

Open Downloader and type the URL for the IPTV Smarters APK provided in your welcome email.

Click Go to download the APK file. Once downloaded, tap “Install” on the prompt.

After installation, open the app and choose “Xtream Codes API” as your login method.
7
Enter your Server URL, Username, and Password from your subscription confirmation email.

Press “Add User” and wait for channels to sync. Enjoy Live TV, VOD, and Series!
💡 Support Tip: If you see a security warning when installing, tap “Install Anyway”. The app is safe and verified. For buffering issues, try connecting your Fire Stick via Ethernet adapter for best performance.

Press the Home button on your Samsung remote and navigate to the Samsung App Store.

Search for “Smart IPTV” or “SS IPTV” — both are compatible with Samsung Smart TVs.

Install the app and open it. Note the MAC Address displayed on the screen.

On a computer or phone, visit the Smart IPTV activation page and enter your TV’s MAC address.

Upload your M3U playlist URL (provided in your welcome email) to the Smart IPTV panel.

Submit the M3U link on the panel and return to your Samsung TV app.
7
Press Reload or restart the app on your Samsung TV to load your channel list.

Your channels will now appear. Browse by category and start watching your favorite content!
💡 Support Tip: Samsung Smart IPTV requires a one-time activation fee paid directly to the app developer. Alternatively, use SS IPTV which is completely free. Contact us if you need a fresh M3U link.

Press the Home button on your LG Magic Remote and open the LG Content Store.

Search for “SS IPTV” in the Content Store search bar and install the application.

Launch SS IPTV. The app will show a unique device code — note it down.

From a browser, go to ss-iptv.com, click Remote Settings, and enter your device code.

Under Playlists, click “Add Playlist” and paste your M3U URL from your welcome email.

Save your playlist settings on the web panel. The settings sync automatically to your LG TV.

Back on your LG TV, press Reload inside SS IPTV to fetch the updated channel list.

All channels are now loaded. Use the remote to navigate categories and enjoy Live TV and VOD!

Search for “IPTV Smarters Pro” or “GSE Smart IPTV” and download the free app.

Once installed, open the app and tap “Add New User” on the welcome screen.

Select “Login with Xtream Codes API” from the available connection options.

Type a Profile Name (e.g. “My IPTV”) and enter the Server URL from your email.

Enter your Username and Password exactly as they appear in your subscription email.

Tap “Add User”. The app will connect and load your full channel list automatically.

Navigate to Live TV, Movies, or Series and tap any channel to start streaming.
💡 Support Tip: For the best experience on iPhone/iPad, connect to Wi-Fi rather than mobile data. You can also use AirPlay to mirror your stream to an Apple TV or compatible smart TV. Contact support if login fails.

Enter a Display Name for your profile, then paste in your Server URL.

Fill in your Username and Password provided in your subscription confirmation.

Tap “Add User” and allow a moment for the channel list to fully load.

💡 Support Tip: Cast to your TV using Chromecast built into IPTV Smarters for a big-screen experience. If the app crashes, clear the cache in your phone’s App Settings and relaunch. Still stuck? Contact support.

On your Windows PC, open a browser and go to the official VLC Media Player website at videolan.org.

Download and install the latest version of VLC for Windows (free and trusted).

Open VLC and from the top menu go to Media > Open Network Stream (or press Ctrl+N).

Paste your M3U playlist URL (from your welcome email) into the network URL field.

Click “Play” and VLC will load your full channel list as a playable playlist.

For a better interface, consider installing IPTV Smarters for Windows from the Microsoft Store instead.

In IPTV Smarters for Windows, use Xtream Codes login with your Server URL, Username, and Password.

Click Login and browse your channels with a full EPG guide and VOD library!
💡 Support Tip: If VLC shows a black screen, go to Tools > Preferences > Video and change the output to DirectX. For the smoothest playback on Windows, use a wired Ethernet connection over Wi-Fi.

Power on your MAG Box and wait for it to fully boot. Navigate to System Settings.

Go to System Settings > Servers > Stalker Portal from the menu.

Note the MAC Address of your MAG Box shown in System Information — you will need this.

Contact our support team and provide your MAG Box MAC address so we can activate your subscription.

Once activated, go back to Stalker Portal settings and enter the Portal URL we provide you.

Save the portal URL settings and restart your MAG Box by unplugging the power for 10 seconds.

The MAG Box will reboot and automatically load your portal and channel list.

Use your MAG remote to navigate TV Channels, VOD, and Series from the portal home screen.
💡 Support Tip: MAG Box activation is tied to your device MAC address. If you replace your box, contact us with the new MAC to transfer your subscription at no charge. Use Ethernet for best streaming performance.

From the Apple TV home screen, open the App Store using the Siri Remote.

Search for “IPTV Smarters Pro” or “GSE Smart IPTV” and install the app.

Open the app once installed and select “Add New User” from the welcome screen.

Choose “Login with Xtream Codes API” for the easiest setup experience.

Use the on-screen keyboard to enter your Server URL from your welcome email.

Enter your Username and Password carefully — use an iPhone keyboard via Remote App for easier typing.

Select “Add User” and wait as your channels, EPG, and VOD library loads.

Ensure your Dreambox or Enigma2 receiver is connected to the internet and powered on.

Access the Enigma2 Web Interface from a browser using your receiver’s IP address (e.g. 192.168.1.x).

Navigate to Bouquet Editor or install the E2M3U2Bouquet plugin via the Plugin Browser.

In the E2M3U2Bouquet plugin settings, enter your M3U URL provided in your welcome email.

Set “M3U URL” as the provider type and also enter your EPG URL if provided.

Press OK to save and then select “Build Bouquets” to generate your channel list.
7
Restart the GUI by pressing Menu > Restart GUI on your Enigma2 remote control.

Your IPTV bouquets will now appear in your channel list. Press OK on any channel to watch!
💡 Support Tip: Enigma2 setup can vary by firmware (OpenATV, OpenPLi, etc.). If E2M3U2Bouquet is not available in your plugin store, contact us — we offer a custom bouquet file you can upload directly via FTP. Our team supports all Dreambox and VU+ models.
